Examples of Weekly Focus Areas:

  1. Speak with more patience

  2. Daven one tefillah a day with greater kavanah

  3. Avoid lashon hara in one setting (e.g. home, work)

  4. Make one daily act of gratitude or chesed

  5. Keep a consistent bedtime or wake-up time

  6. Limit phone use during certain hours

  7. Connect with a friend or mentor during the week

  8. Spend 5 minutes reflecting or journaling each day

  9. Prepare for Shabbos with calm and intention
